Located right in Manhattan at Midtown West, New York, Orangetheory caters to the city's active clientele. With quick gym classes and bright, ultra modern facilities, our studio location is the perfect spot for anyone looking to get fit and to lose weight in a stylish, upmarket setting.
The Orangetheory workout is different from most. You'll get a heart rate monitor at the beginning of each class to track how you're feeling the burn throughout your rotation between workout stations and machines. This incredibly effective 60-minute workout helps you build long, lean muscle. Even better, you'll keep burning fat for up to 36 hours after the class. Your in-class results are posted on the board during the class to encourage friendly competition and to help you track your performance over the course of the class. Each session mixes up the moves, so your experience is fresh every time.
During the class, you can expect friendly, dedicated attention from a trained fitness instructor who's there to encourage you and help you achieve correct form. These coaches will work with you to help you achieve your personal best, modifying exercises along the way if necessary. Your gym trainer can answer your questions about proper techniques and can give you fitness tips.
Everyone is welcome at Orangetheory no matter their sport or fitness level. The Orangetheory workout is perfect for runners, beginners, and athletes of any skill. Even if you haven't exercised in a while, you’re welcome at these classes.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
